General Questions
  • When do kits go on sale? Do you provide sneak peeks? When will kits be shipped? 
    All these answers can be found by looking at our schedule. We hope this clarifies it up for you!
  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    We use PayPal to accept all payments. Through PayPal, you can choose to use any major credit card or your PayPal account.
  • When will my credit card be billed?
    If you are a monthly subscriber, you will be billed between the 10th and the 15th of each month. If you are a first-time buyer, you will be billed at the time of purchase.

  • Why aren’t there any cardstocks included in your kits?
    We feel that each of our customers have different needs and wishes when it comes to cardstocks. So we’ve decided to give you the option to either purchase cardstocks as an add-on with your kit, or not. New cardstock add-ons will be available each month.
  • What if my kit arrives incomplete or damaged?
    We, here at Label Tulip, will make every effort to prevent this from happening. In the event that it does, please contact us so that we may resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Questions
  • What are your shipping rates?
    There is a shipping charge of $6.50 for our main kits. If you decide to purchase add-ons to go along with your kit, there will be an additional $1 S&H charge added to your order unless otherwise noted.
    (Cardstock, Paper Route, Alternative Route, and Clear Route add-ons will ship with no extra S&H charge)
  • What is your method of shipping?
    We use USPS Priority Mail to deliver our products within the U.S
  • Do you provide international shipping?
    Yes, we do. We use either First-Class or Priority mail to ship internationally, the choice is yours. Please take a look at our international shipping rates to find the rate for your area. Once the purchase has been made, you can note it on the payment or email us and let us know which method you would prefer, and we would gladly send you an invoice for the remainder of the shipping cost.
  • Can you ship my kit to a different address?
    Unfortunately, we can not ship your kit to another person. However, if you need us to ship your kit to a different address because you have moved, please contact us to update your shipping information.

Subscription Questions
  • When does my subscription end?
    You subscription automatically continues till you notify us to cancel. To cancel, please refer to our cancellation policy below.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you wish to cancel before completing your subscription, a $10.00 termination fee will apply along with the difference in between our regular price and the discounted subscription price for each kit you completed.

    In order to cancel subscription for the following month, you need to let us know by the 10th of the month. 
    i.e. To cancel November kit, you must email us by the 10th of October.

  • How can I change my contact info?
    By default, we will sent all emails, including the pre-order newsletter and your shipping confirmation to your paypal email address. If you would like to have your primary email address changed, please contact us via email at info@labeltulip.com.

  • How do I make changes in my shipping or billing information?
    Change in shipping address must be notified to us via e-mail at info@labeltulip.com
    Changes in billing information must be made through your Paypal account.
